All Inclusive

The monthly License Fee is essentially all-inclusive, covering the use of your designated office, the provision of high quality office furniture and ergonomic operator chairs. Rates, heat, light & power, air conditioning, cleaning, security, telephone lines and handsets, voicemail, networked photocopier and scanner are part of your package. Telephone answering, post handling, and our base package, highly secure, business leased line internet connection are also included.

Access to parking is offered to our Serviced Office clients as are complimentary refreshments filter water, organic teas and Nespresso coffee .
